Wide balcony has a sea view and dining furniture. The beach is within few minutes to walk, cross the street, pass hole 7 underground passage of the great Alcaidesa the Links golf course. Apartment has a large living / dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The whole apartment has the air conditioning. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all fully equipped with bed sheets, towels, beach towels.

Master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, has en-suite bathroom and the separate dressing.
The guest bedroom as 2 single comfortable beds with a high quality mattress, wardrobes and a separate bathroom with shower bath.
There is also a laundry with laundry machine and tumble dryer.
