The apartment is located in La Alcaidesa, a 3-minute walk from Playa de la Alcaidesa. It s a brand new small (only 40 apartments) complex facing hole 7 on the Links course and the Mediterranean Sea!

Just walk a passage under the fairway of the hole 7 to enjoy one of the last unspoiled beaches in Spain!

We offer to rent 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms’ apartment of around 130 m2, terrace included, with fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped not for holiday rental but for normal living, therefore you can expect all needed items.

In the living/dining room there is a flat screen 48-inch TV with satellite channels,, Bluetooth stereo, so you can connect your music, sofa bed and a table sitting 4.

Master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable Box-spring bed, has en-suite bathroom and the separate dressing.

The guest bedroom as a comfortable bed with a high quality mattress, wardrobes and a separate bathroom with shower bath.

There is also a laundry with laundry machine and tumble dryer.

Terrace has a magnificent view over the Golf course at the see and Gibraltar.

Guests will have access to the underground parking, the garage gate is operated with a remote control. The apartment comes with bed linen and towels, free WiFi and air conditioning.

Outside there is a 115 m2 outdoor swimming pool that is 16.8 metres long. It has a 0.5 metre children's area, and 280 m2 of paved and gardened rest area.

There is also a 200m2 sunbath area protected by panoramic windows, for those days when the Levante wind is blowing strongly.

Inside there is an indoor pool with a group of jets with 5 settings, and waterfall, a glass-fronted sauna for 9 people with sea views, 2 bi-thermal showers and a Turkish bath with six places.
